Clara's life is disintegrating: she has just separated, she is evicted from her apartment after 15 years because a vulture fund has bought the building and, furthermore, her classes as an associate professor at the university are going badly, the students complain because she makes them feel inferior. A dehumanized, alienating, surreal system until reaching the absurdity that comedy summons, complicit, cathartic laughter. We could all be Clara.
